How do I run a slow-mover inventory audit in Shopify?

Go to Shopify Admin, then Analytics, then Inventory, and sort by sell-through rate. Flag every spring style that has been sitting for 45 or more days.

“You cannot make a smart bundling decision if you are guessing which styles are actually slow.”
— Mia, BoutiquePulse Episode 19

The process takes about fifteen minutes. In your Shopify Admin panel, navigate to Analytics, then to your Inventory reports. Sort items by sell-through rate to quickly identify which spring pieces are genuinely stuck versus which are just slower sellers. Flag everything that's been sitting for forty-five days or more.

You probably already know which pieces they are — you've been staring at them for weeks. The audit simply confirms your gut feeling with actual data so you can make smart bundling decisions instead of guessing. Without this step, you risk building bundles around pieces that might sell on their own while ignoring the ones that truly need a story refresh.

Once you have your list, you can confidently sort those slow movers into vacation-themed bundles knowing that every piece you're working with genuinely needs the reframe. This is the foundation step — everything else in a bundle strategy builds on knowing exactly what needs to move.
